DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES PERSONNEL
Our classes at Tokei Martial Arts and Fitness Centre offer a discount for Metropolitan Police Officers making the price £5.00 per session instead of the regular £10.00 per class.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST SESSION?
For your first session, you will need a t-shirt and either tracksuit bottoms or leggings. In addition you will need a bottle of water. We will endeavour to supply you with a jacket and belt for the first time.

Please do not wear any jewellery to our classes as it poses an injury risk to both yourself and your partner.
​
We would also ask that any participant with long hair to bring a hair tie with them.
HOW MUCH DOES A SINGLE SESSION COST?
A single Sunday session costs £10.00 for the hour and a half class.
